The best resource I have found for robots is the Society of Robots. This site has forums, tutorials, parts guides, and pretty much every other bit of information you will need to build a robot.

If you have a good robotics resource, contact me and let me know what it is. If I like it, it will end up here. I am also looking for good sites about robotics competitions, especially ones for college age students.
